ABOUT Goods Shed North Redevelopment
Melbourne’s historic Railway Goods Shed in Docklands was brought back to life with a modern, sustainable design that remained sensitive to the heritage value of the space.
This iconic office space in Melbourne’s Docklands is an exciting redevelopment of a heritage listed building. It was originally built in 1889 to house rolling stock and related goods. Good Shed North is the first Heritage building in Victoria to receive a 5 Green Star rating.
EDGE Architectural and Aluminium Industries produced many profiles used in the final fit out of the project. Goods Shed North is a multi-award winning development including two BPN Sustainability awards.
