ABOUT The Residences Aged Care, Carlton

The Residences at 500 Drummond Street, Carlton, are another addition to Australian Unity’s suite of retirement communities.

 

Overlooking the peaceful Reeves St Park, The Residences contain 91 individual two- and three-bedroom abodes, complete with secure car parking. Located just 3km from the CBD, they are swiftly proving popular among home buyers.

 

The thermally broken framing system is EDGE’s U-MAX® 100mm Front Double Glazed, accompanied by the EDGE® Commercial Sliding Door, all powder coated with Dulux warranted powder. We think it looks great.
