Collins and Queen, standing proud

Completion is imminent for Collins and Queen, Essendon’s new premier apartment development.

Designed by Rothe Lowman and built by L.U.Simon, Collins and Queen stands proud as Keilor Road’s new landmark apartment complex. Collins and Queen follows design ideology based around materiality and form. Looking to create contrast between man made aesthetic and softer natural forms, façade architecture uses steel, aluminium and glass, manipulated into one curvaceous, organic shape. Interior design in each apartment is contemporary in style and flooded with natural light from the building’s Keilor Road front. For more information on the projects design, read EDGE Architectural’s February progress blog here or watch BPM’s visualisation video below.

For EDGE, Collins and Queens is an exciting portfolio addition, with each apartment featuring GEN™ single glazed framing and MAX™ single glazed sliding doors. Recently, Team EDGE visited Essendon to take some photos and see how the development was looking, as handover approaches.
