EDGE Glazing Adaptors and Channels offer a variety of frame depths and rebate sizes to accommodate a range of glass thicknesses

 

A great option for many situations not suited to framing systems, EDGE Glazing Adaptors and Channels offer minimal sight lines and are particularly suitable when channels are recesses into the floor or wall.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

  • A variety of frame depths and rebate sizes to suit a broad range of glass thicknesses
  • Minimal sight lines and especially suited when channels are recessed into the floor or wall
  • Adaptable to many situations not suited to framing systems
  • Can be fitted back to steel or timber structures; suited to frameless doors generally

APPLICATION

  • Fixed glazed facades
  • Continuous runs of fixed glazing where glass fins or silicone butt joins are being used.
  • Internal glazed screens, especially shopping arcades

 

LIMITATIONS:

  • Spans dependent on glass thickness if silicone butts re used
  • Spans dependent on strength of glass fins
  • No sub frames, required to be installed into a rebate or secondary flashing is fitted
