AiFAB services include planning and engineering, welding, stamping, steel and aluminium machining, and assembly operations. With absolute focus on the supply of value-added aluminium and steel products for customers, the scope of the aiFAB capabilities ranges from simple repetition engineering to large scale custom design and assembly projects.

Ai Powder Coat delivers finishes with amazing quality. Our process follows all quality control procedures required to apply warranted powder from Interpon and Dulux.
AiFAB’s Peak Service supports customers with fabrication and finishing when a customer experiences a peak in demand or if they don’t have the existing manpower to meet a tight timeline.

AiFAB currently operates three Italmac and one Elumatec CNC workstation. A Fom Industrie Titan CNC machine will be commissioned in a couple months. The Titan can machine lengths up to 16.4 metres long.

Our combination of CNC machines, operated by experienced professionals, allows for projects to remain in Australia that may have otherwise gone off shore for manufacturing.

The EDGE Architectural project support includes onsite CAD and 3D prototyping capabilities. We offer a vertical process, from design, die production, extrusion, and powder coating through to stock management and logistics. From concept to creation, EDGE Architectural, EDGE Consult and aiFAB make it happen.
